
Ingredients:
- 8 cups Rice Bubbles
- 250g Marshmallows
- 2 tbsp Margarine/Butter
- 1 cup Crushed Almonds
- Chocolate (optional)
Method:
- Melt marshmallows in pan with margarine/butter.
- Add rice bubbles, one cup chopped nuts and mix well.
- Press mixture into pan with a potato masher or bottle.
- Let cool and slice into bite size pieces.
- Optional: Decorate with chocolate drizzled on top.
