Ingredients:
- 200g Fusilli shape Pasta
- 2 Zucchini
- 1 Potato
- 1 Sweet Potato (small)
- 1 Onion
- 200g Cheese (grated)
- 1 Carrot
- 200g Bacon (diced)
- 4 eggs
- Flour
Method:
- Grate all vegetables into a large bowl; squeeze excess water from grated zucchini.
- Add cheese, diced bacon, and eggs and mix well.
- Pour into a greased baking dish bake in slow oven (160) for about 40-60 mins or until golden brown.
- Serve either hot or cold.
