
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf Italian Bread (sliced 1cm thick)
- 200g Butter
- Knob garlic (crushed finely)
- ½ cup parsley (chopped finely)
Method:
- Mix butter, garlic and parsley together.
- Spread mixture evenly on both sides of the bread.
- Place in sandwich press & cook until golden brown.
- Serve with baked Provoletta.
